I picked up an air cheif radio the other day to put back into the monaro the other stereo will be hidden in the glove box,I still wan't it to work now the question is the hole that is in the back that is on the drivers side is it for the speaker as can someone confirm that for me. Also it did not come with the mounting bracket's so I am on the hunt for those and an original speaker to go back up under the dash.

Yes there was an input jack for the speaker under the middle of the dash.

Dave I don't know if they are the same mate,I will give you a call about the HJ speaker and plug mate.
