Hi to all,i am currently doing a resto on my warrick yellow GTS hk 307 thats been stored for 32 years. Large I.D plate reads HK 80737 - 272XX M , Vin plate 80737KJ1 334xx Chassis [ firewall ]no. 2726xx MM. Indicating early build [ M stamped below standard posn. M ] The car has relay type booster typical of early cars, but Y frame has radius pressed in to clear straight shaft booster, and area on drivers side,[ i assume ] for LH drive battery fitment.Y frame has evidence of being removed previously, possibly because of accident and may have been replaced with later type. My question is, were the Y frames with relieved area for booster, ever fitted to cars with relay boosters, and if they were, does the I.D. relate to an approx. build date that confirms this? I,m not hell bent on originality, i,d like it to be correct, any advice would be appreciated, cheers
