Hi guys, I have a 327 chev running edelbrock Alloy heads. I am looking at a Corvette Fuel injection system to convert it. Has anyone out there already done this?? What year corvette system would be best. From what I have read the 87 systems have a slightly different way that they bolt on, but you can drill the holes out a bit bigger to make them fit. But I am not sure. I am looking for someone that has already done this, so i can learn from their mistakes.
I am hoping that maybe an '84 system will be a bolt on application. Can anyone give me some advice??

From memory the first of the TPI setups bolted on, but the centre bolt angles changed at some stage (the bolts either side of the EGR ports). I've seen them filed out to fit earlier heads. Your best bet over here is to adapt the motor to fit a VN EFI setu |

Can you get Chev heads with a sequential port layout like the EFI Holden V8? |

Hi Guys.
Yes, the new so called, Aurora heads, as used by the Holden V8 Supercars have their ports arranged sequentially. Bit pricey at the moment though.

How on earth is it possible for the VN set up to bolt onto a chev?? I have never heard of this before.
I think it was around '87 when they changed the angle of the bolt holes for the middle ports. So if I went with say an '84 system it woul

It doesn't. You use the Chev TPI hardware, of which vintage I am unsure - I only know that the early stuff bolts straight to early heads, and you have to file the centre holes out if you use later TPI stuff. The VN stuff to use is the wiring harness, ECU, |
