G'day All,
While checking all my numbers and compliance plates for an earlier question I wrote everything down, and I was wondering if anyone could rell me what the original specs were, by these nunbers, or tell me if there is somewhere I can look them up online:
Model HX8W M 60
Body 223917-A
Trim 1888-67w
Paint 568-15951
Engine L20
Trans. M22
RR Axle GM9

Thanx for any help.
Russ

Hi Russ.

OK

HX 8WM 60 = HX cab-chassis (1 Tonner)
223917-A = body number 223917 out of Elizabeth (Adelaide) factory
1888 = GM-H code for Cotillion White exterior paint finish
67W = GM-H code for Tan interior trim (seats, door trims etc)
568-1595
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Parts manuals, except the paint codes. You find them at swap meets. There was heaps of them at Cessnock swap today. Normally $50-$150 for used ones. There were LC, LJ, UC, HQ, HJ, HX, VB-VK, VL plus more. I found the green HQ one (1977 print) today that I
