My 69 mussy has a 351 clevo , what is the best oil to run, it currently runs penrite 10w -50 is that okay?

If it has the normal flat bottom lifters in it you need a oil for that type and 15W 40 to 50 just go into Repco etc and ask over the counter for

The oils they have for best this old type engine.

Most of the oils now are for roller lifters.

If you 351 has a big cam and strong valve springs, you sure do need the correct oil for that.
