I have the Qute's motor and box up for sale. They are still in the car so can be tested and are located in the Perth Metro area.
The motor is a 202 with a 2 barrell Holley (I haven't looked to see if it is a 350 or 500) and extractors. It starts immediately and runs well (if a bit rich), has excellent oil pressure on the gauge and doesn't blow smoke in normal driving. I am willing to sell the motor complete from fan to flex-plate, including carby, extractors, starter, dizzy, leads, mounts and 55 amp alternator, or just the bare motor itself. Bare motor $100 ONO, complete $250 ONO.
The Trimatic is in good condition but probably needs a service by now. It shifts smoothly and drops into reverse basically instantaneously. I want $80 ONO for the complete box minus shifter but including rear mount.
I will also have the gearbox X-member for a ute for sale for $20 once the Trimatic has gone (or $90 for box and X-member).
Or, all of the above for $300 ONO.
The prices are fair (I believe) but also are negotiable as I need this stuff outta here!
