Do have any more photos Keith? Some detailed ones would be great. Have you thought about bringing it to Victoria for the Hanging Rock show? Last year we had in excess of 2000 cars on display - had something for everyone.

Got to drive it! Im still at home now! The new motor is just over a week away from being fitted now! Ive bought some spark plugs for it (NGK Iridium) and about to purchase a dizzy too! The old motor is on its last legs and you can see it!!  thats a latest shot, ill put one of the old motor up shortly too My car and i like to drink the same stuff... ALCOHOL! Shame i cant drink as much as him...

Well thatd be a sight to see!! Yeah, its confirmed that the HP WILL be going in on Saturday! Its been finalised, the rest of the parts required to make her go have been fitted up (where possible) and now we just wait until Saturday to fit it up i suppose! Ill keep you all updated and have many pics for you once its in!! WATCH THIS SPACE!!

Howd you know i was grinning?? I just wanna hear it turn over for the first time, run the cam in, then hear that lumpy ass idle! Ill have much video footage of it, just wondering if its possible to post videos on the net?? If so ill do that and provide a link to it so you guys get to see it!!!

Yeah - once ive run it in (about 1 week there!!)! I have a fortnight off work starting thursday as i have taken leave, so therell be plenty of driving to be done! But the main thing is - the HP WILL be in and WILL be run in by the 24th, and dyno tuned on that day... Like said - i aim for 140rwhp which is around 140kW at the motor! I think its achieveable, with the 350holley, i rekon ill get 120 - 130kw at the motor (which is what the first dyno tune will be done on)... Heres hoping!

Who knows! It feels much more powerful than the old 202 - BY FAR! I always had an inkling feeling that it had a burned out valve on cylinder 1, so i ripped the head off it to find....  My car and i like to drink the same stuff... ALCOHOL! Shame i cant drink as much as him...

Shes buggered! Headwork is all the 202 would have needed to be a better motor!
Not bad considering it ran 17.51 with 3.08:1 diff gearing only weeks before it was removed...

No - im ditching them (too much in my opinion), instead im going to run a 465 Holley 4barrel. Ive always had the nack with holleys and never had problems with the 350, so im gonna use a brand new 465 (will be ordering today) as theyre easy to tune and bit better on fuel than the triples... Its in, running sweet too! I drove it to rockhampton on sunday! Went well! Im getting a mate to drop the car into the carby centre to rebuild my 350 holley, and with a bit of adjustment of my accelerator pedal i should be flying along!! At the moment im not getting full throttle, so once thats been worked out ill take her down the strip for a floggin!!
Right now (as it is now) i rekon its pulling close to 15seconds down the strip! Its quick - ill tell you now!
When my computer at home is working properly ill jump on and upload some finished shots!
The wiring has been tidied up, high flow fuel line has been fitted, the engine bay has copped a full makeover, and the battery is going to the boot too! Like i said - pics soon!!

Hi Keith,its sounding like u r quite happy with the torry.so u should be.
i know theres no substitute for cubic inches-but i love a hot 6 also.
U mentioned u r getting the 350 rebuilt.why??? Reckoned u were on the right path running a little barrel. will b interesting to see your timecard.
