Yeah the wedding was great. All the crap in the lead up to it is actually worth it! A huge party that lasted a week. Just lap it up. Before you know it, time will fly and you will wish you could do it again. All the best with it.
Cheers;
Geoff

Yes, congratulations on the wagon mate, she looks the business
I agree that the GTS rims (especially if you can find a widened 15 inch pair for the back (street machine were advertising some new copies in the last (?) issue) - or else Id go back to the mags you had on her - they were fine. Ive got the caprice wheels on my car (ex hearse), but its WB Caprice all the way, so they blend in. Your paint work looks great - you must have been lucky with the rust, both my front door frames are rusted and the back doors are extended and also need work - looking at your project, I reckon Ill have a go at doing the rust myself (given how much there is here and there, Ill be able to go into business when Ive finished, but after alls said and done, this is a wholesome way to have blokefun, isnt it? Congratulations again!

Thanks Locky;

I can get hold of a set of 15" GTS wheels through a friend for $400. I like the caprice wheels but the GTS ones would look tough. The interior still needs some work - but in time that will come. I took the car to the Hanging Rock show at the start of the year - freshly polished it came up a treat. Most people look at it and wonder why you would bother with an old HZ wagon. Because I like it and its practical for my lifestyle - Golf, the dog etc. One day I would love to do up an old monaro but my wallet is not big enough.

Good luck with yours;

Geoff

Gday - she looks cool and Im interested in your success with the gas - Ive just ordered a new gasresearch twin throttlebody setup. Got 23 MPG (on petrol) out of the tired 308 loaded up on the highway and 15 MPG on gas in the same conditions. 10-12 MPG around town on either. Car is a HX Hearse, so its 2 feet longer than the usual wagon. New engine is a 360 stroker so straight gas comparisons wont mean much - hope I have as much luck as you in the rebuild!

Hi All;
Has been ages since I posted. I still have the old wagon. It dosn't make it to the road much any more and am thinking of selling. I am now starting my new project - 68 HK Prem 350. Does anyone have any idea as to how much a wagon like this is worth?
