thanks rusty, problem is i have the sandy, a 55 chev and 66 stang, i would like a camaro, so something has to give? as i am still building the chev. i might put a pic on this site and see how much interest i get? tony.

Also new headlight rings , New front indicators , new HZ sandman horn center. Blacked out wipers aswell
Waiting for a sunny day to get some pics , all we have had is rain everyday lately

hey guys the only sandman to come out without guard flutes was the hx unless ordered from factory with them,all others had them unless ordered without them, hope this helps tony.
Only HQ and HJ Sandmans came with GTS guards. GTS guards were never available as an option on any of the Holden range including the base model and LS Monaros. If you wanted GTS guards you had to buy a GTS HK-HZ, HX LE, HQ SS or HQ/HJ Sandman which came standard with them, you couldnt buy a base model or LS Monaro and option it with GTS guards. Alternatively, if you bought a GTS, HX LE, HQ SS or HQ/HJ Sandman you couldnt order them without GTS guards. HX/HZ Sandmans could not be ordered with GTS guards. However, Dealer fitment is another story and I personally know of at least one HX Sandman van that was dealer fitted with GTS guards prior to delivery.

Hear are some more pics of the dash . and a few others . they were taken at night with a flash. Hope they look alright. If not Ill take more during the day . Just got 4 brand new headlight rings today so Ill have to put them on soon . Not sure about the horn center it has the lion but not the silver ring around it . Is my one HZ sandman look ??     ]

Apart from a brand new twin exhaust i think I am Nearing the end , Unless someone has any more suggestions that will make it look better?

what specs are you going with with the exhaust?
im still not sure how im going to go... so itd be interesting to know what youre doing. im thinking twin 2-1/2 inch with chrome angle-cut tips... but i also really want it to sound good. my car HAD a 2-1/2 to 3 inch single exhaust that sounded brilliant.. but looked like ass.
new headlight rings repro though? i think i saw them at rarespares the other week. gonna do the blackouts again? (hopefully!)

Im not sure either, Ill have to look at a few options then talk to the exhuast place.
I got my New headlight rings from ebay new NOS for $70 , I ended up cleaning up the old set with auto sol , they came up so good I decided to sell them on Ebay , they are on there now current bid $5.50 cheap !!!
With the exhuast I want it Twin wide look tilting down a bit chrome probably 3 inch tipped or 2 half or 3 inch pipes. You??

all youd get is a couple-year-old SS ute or something... and theyre everywhere.
