$7000 reserve not met. My eyes must be deceiving me as it does not look like a Hardtop or a GT either of which
might be worth >$7000 in that condition but not a grotty old 6 cyl 500 sedan.

Seriously I dont know how this person is getting away with shill bidding as it has been re listed within 24 hours of being sold about ten times now & still no bad feedback given to the non paying winners. They have a Pug that they have sold a couple of times too.

i was watching this ED Dash the other week

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/w...ame=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=001

figured $160 was a bit much so i let it go to only get thsi email the other day that it had been relisted

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/w...ame=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=001

Thats the way people wont pay $160 but maybe if i raise the price 35 bucks then they will.

Heres a bargain! Get in quick!

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/x...DVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

The fact that every single falcon from 72 to 77, regardless of type had a pair of these is obviously why they are so rare and therefore valuable.

Forget hard to find options like sunroofs and spoilers and hard to find parts like brake proportioning valves and tramp rods, start hunting down those ultra rare bonnet hinges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont say I didnt warn you!

I do not know how to attach the file, but I nearly signed the cheque book for the XC Cobra on E-bay at the moment for $100,000.
I think that is reserve not met too. Pity it is a Fairmont and that the Cobras last numbers matched its numbering on the glovebox and his is 800 odd, And I thought they only made 400. I really hope no one falls for his price tag!

Is it this one?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/X...DVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I dont know much about the Cobras and I packed my ID guide just yesterday so cant check it.

Looks nice though but if its only a Fairmont well me thinks $100,000 might be a bit too much.

=-)

Ok, so apparently its easy to convert a standard XB bonnet into a GT one.....hmm.

So you would have to buy this one and then either buy a GT bonnet or use one that you already have, cut the sections around the scoops and pins and weld them into the standard bonnet. Wouldnt that be so easy!!!

Then youd have a fake GT bonnet with a whole mess of welded areas that will require a heap of work to hide and will probably rust out after a few years anyway.

WHY NOT JUST BUY A HALF DECENT SECOND HAND GT BONNET FOR THE SAME COST OF THIS ONE AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A HUGE CONVERSION JOB!!!!!! OR SPEND THE $500 ON HAVING A GENUINE GT BONNET PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED!!!!

You are the idiot of the week!
PS: Crack kills, stay off it!
