Makes me glad i only have xb and xcs. Thats is $6400 for a few parts and some tags. I was figuring on a coupla grand, The car is up the road from me and i was gunna go look but it shot to 4K before i got around there.

Yep definately in the run for clown of the year.I guess he put it on the container to keep the hordes of theives at bay. I wonder how much the CLOWN will charge to get it down .Ha Ha.

Ok, so youve found a NOS Sunroof Handle. It must be NOS because it has an Autolite tag wired to it............ http://cgi.ebay.com.au/FORD-FAL...5%3A10|39%3A1|240%3A1318So why is this brand new sunroof handle missing its spring? Its never been in a car! These things dont just fall out ya know!! Im thinking you found an Autolite tag and a sunroof handle with nice chrome and you have an instant NOS part! Why a Golde manufactured sunroof handle would be doing with an Autolite parts tag held on by a piece of wire is beyond me but I smell a rat! Can anyone check the part number to see if that tag belongs to the handle, if it does then Ill do a naked streak out to my garage and back. Hang on! Thats the same handle!!!!!! Hes even taken a photo of it on top of the bubble wrap it travelled all the way from America in.
Looks like the secret of sourcing parts from the US is out of the bag. I have a box at a mates place in Washington DC that has a pair of sunroof cables, 2 sunroof handles (one with the gear) and a disk brake proportioning valve! LOL =-)
Well, it was fun while it lasted!
hahahahahaha
Now, I must get back to my clay XYGTHO, it will be on Ebay soon, starting price $5000 because they didnt make too many of those cars and my model will have the shaker bonnet scoop!
