WHats happening with this club.
there are 5 of us in W.A. who want to join, but there is no response from them

I want to join too, have tried a couple of times and never had any response. They need to get their act together, I think there are a lot more people who would be keen to join.

I think we need to start an email forum, simular to the HQ SS one recently set up,
when the sandman club gets up an running again, it would be easy to roll all the people on the email list over back into the club.
any takers?

mansy is correct. i only saw this post by accident. clicked on this section rather than the buy n sell.
the owner of the sandman club i believe was going overseas for a while. i spoke to him about tyre placards once. he said they where going to do a website update at some stage...

The Sandman club has never been a goer, Its made up of a few mates that love the prestige of saying we are the Sandman club and I am the pres. Its a shame as there are so many Sandies around and there is a huge need for a formal and active club.

Well, you all seem to be keen so why not set up your own online forum for Sandman owners ? One of the members of the HD HR Holden Club of Vic. is into vans and is currently relocating www.hdhrholden.com and some other MSN based sites I set up to be hosted commercially now that MSN Groups is closing on Feb 21st. I will talk to him tonight about putting up a site if you are interested. email me at [email protected] if you would like some input. p.s. it is a shame when someone like "non-event" has lost the passion so much he has to leave anonymous posts. Hi Guys,
I am using this forum to get out that i am after a sandman, either, HJ, HZ or HX or can be a replica or one that would be good for a mock up or can be pointed in the right direction. I am either looking for one that has already been rebuilt and complete or one that is driveabile and easily registered in NSW that hasnt had much panel damage. Any help is appreciated.

Adam, Are you part of teh West side Vanners club here in Perth? As we do a few cruises throughout the year.
FYI there are plenty of sandmans, there are only two of us with pre 74 vans
