hi all i have a wb ute which was 6cyl with four speed box i have fitted a 308 and turbo 400 in it now have prob with cross member for auto the v8 one is from 77 stato which is to wide the four speed one doesnt line up with the mount unless i cut apiece out of it to cleat the pan .any help would be appreciated

i did the exact same swap in a hz sedan so i assume it's the same for a wb, along the sills where the crossmember attaches there are a number of bolt holes for adjustment fore/aft of the crossmember to suit the different gearboxes. If you can't fit it bac

you will have to shorten the statesman one or weld on plates and weld up the 4 speed holes and redrill the holes so the ute one looks like the statesman one
looking for an ex ambulance based on the hj/x/z 2 tonner see photo

and collector of all things ambulance police fire and the odd hq to wb parts
