Hi Marko, there are several cheaper wiring harnesses available from most hotrod shops in Australia. These are 20 curcuit with small fuse boxes already wired and all the cable is marked every 5" so when you run it to the back of the car you only have to read the cable to work out what each wire does.
If you are going for originality these do look diferent that the GM ones, but if it is to make the car work these are great.
we sell these for $449

From feedback i have heard, the painless ones work out better and cheaper than getting a sparky to rewire whole car. It is still recommended for a qualified auto elec to fit the harness. I gather the one from us you are looking at is a 10215?

Gday All,
Was searching through old posts and found this, currently I am in process of fitting a VS 5L with VN loom into my HG Monaro, Im running a GTS dash and have a GTS loom that is a bit shabby. Was wondering whether to go down the path of painless wiring which I could incorporate the new fuses etc required for EFI or just tidy up the original loom.
If I were to do the latter would prefer to retain the original plugs through the firewall but have come to dead ends everywhere as trying to get hold of replacement slide in lugs to suit those original harness plugs. Anyone know where these can be bought if anywhere? Thanks for any feedback.

Cheers,
Steve
