iv herd alot about placing a resistor on the air intake tem sensor it will increace hp top end speed ect by fooling the ecu into thinking it is sucking in cold air and leaning out the air fuel mix my mate put 1 on his vs and said it does make more hp but also uses more fuel im a bit worried about putting 1 on my vt does anybody know anything about this mod and will it do damage to the computer or motor? and if it runs leaner why do you use more fuel?sorry if this is a dumb Qestion guys can any1 help pls thanks

Don't even bother doing it.
By making the PCM think it's getting colder air, it actually dumps MORE fuel into the engine - making it run rich.
Running richer than stoichiometric when cruising or on light throttle does not make power - it loses power |
