G'day all ...
I'm on the hunt for a HQ SS, so I thought it best if I put my request out to the masses.

I had actually posted looking for 1 on OldHolden late last year, had a few bites, but had to stop looking as my job & living situation changed.

Now I'm back, and ready to go.

Preference would lend itself first to an Ultra Violet or Lettuce Alone, over Infra Red - but for the right price, and in the right condition, if it's a Genuine HQ SS then I'll definitely consider it.

I'm not after a completely fresh & restored vehicle - out of my price range - but I would prefer something that is, for the most part, a complete vehicle.

Either production run is fine (9/72 or 11/72), and I'm only interested in one that's original & hasn't been altered in any way (no custom paint, interior, or modified engine/tranny etc) - if the ID tags arn't on the vehicle, I don't want to know about it.

If anybody has one that they might want to get rid of, or knows someone that knows someone etc, I'd be grateful if you dropped me a line via email - russhq at optusnet.com.au - with any and all particulars.

Yeah Dave, I do remember your email. I never contacted the bloke, as I had a couple lined up by that time. Unfortunately, soon after that I needed to move and wasnt sure how long my job was going to hold, so I had to stop looking for one.

If you could pass on my email address to him, Id appreciate that. I dont have a home phone hooked up, and Im waiting for a replacement mobile phone to arrive, after ruining my last one at work, so for the next week or so Im strictly email only.
