Oh god!

Guys, I had a 24mm swaybar put in the front of my HG Prem Wagon about 4 months ago.
Today I heard clunking, and looked under there to find that the long strut where the swaybar u-shaped retainer attaches has rusted out. My swaybar on one side is attached to metal that is now not attached to anything. The rest of the strut now appears to be buckling too.

Can these struts be replaced, and if so how hard (or how much) is it to do so?
It's the long big square one, 2 halves (top and bottom) running front to back under the engine bay.
