No vents in the fenders, base model. Just inspected the tags and its Hacienda Blue, Buckskin beige trim so I guess you have to stand in the corner with wazza.

yes i can

now being a 1968, possibly late build, with S, then M on the tag, well, it could be stamped candy apple red, or possibly if it is tagged after 3/70, when clevelands were released, it will stil be brambles red, but then 7/70 maybe its track red...ummm hang on, wrong cars...

Ive blown that pic up and there is no way there are vents under that decal. There is even a crease through the lower portion and it is constant, no bumps. Also I dont think that decal would be big enough. No engine emblem drilling at the front of the fender either so the tags are correct, povo pac. I didnt think Frank could have got to this one.
Will ring John tommorrow when I can get the number from bosko just to make sure. Its a wonder John let such a lovely example go if he did own it.

Dear Mr Pink I think you used a viewmaster to check out the decal. The emblem holes where a delete option during Dec 1968 same as the front guard flare. When you ring John say Hi to Jumbo for me allegedly.

Makes you wonder how the relationship between monaro,s and Italians came about. Must be an urban myth.
