A little bit of work:

Few changes to the style:

And were back in business!

Thanks to Ebay and a few contacts i sourced a dead set mint front apron, straight bar, rust free RH quarter and i had the good bonnet already. Most of those panels you can see are roughie's until i prep and paint the good stuff.

Love your work!

Thats exactly what I did with my grill as soon as I got it except I taped the two centre horizontal raised lines and they ended up silver with the rest black... It changed the look of the front end heaps!

What model are the clear indicator lenses off? Do you have orange bulbs under there? I really like them! Im not up with the old girl details : (

Thanks guys!

Tyres are 245/60/14. 8 inch wide steelies with plenty of dish means that they juuuust fit inside the guards and only scrub under full suspension travel. Im on Kings ultra low springs and shocks all round. Ill pay some attention to the inner guard lips soon.

Indicators are as was stated. My old ones were orange because i had the front bar off my old 74 HQ. This is a 71. These came with the front end i bought, so i got lucky. Standard (clear) bulbs.

That nosecone is the mint one, but every other panel will be replaced with the good stuff i have aquired. Itll be really, really straight when im done!
