Hi,

I am trying to get word out about my stolen Sandman, was taken while parked on the side of the road at Virginia (Northside of Brisbane) yesterday afternoon at 3:30pm ... 10th June. Obviously a pretty rare sight around the place so if you see a mandarin red HX Sandman keep this in mind.

Theres nothing to distinctive about it apart from its an original condition Sandman, obviously mandarin red has a beige interior, original GTS wheels etc.

Thanks
Errol

FOUND ... I am very happy tonight.

After sending a text to my phone that was in it when it was stolen asking for my vans return no questions asked I got a call and the guy told me where it was, so its back undamaged.

I wish all these cases turned out like this. Its a terrible feeling to go through I dont wish it on anyone. And having it insured for what it was worth when I got it ten years ago should be a lesson to make sure insurance values are kept up to date.

Good to hear you have it back but strange the way it was simply returned.
May some couple just took it to have a root in it.

Did you check it for any mysterious signs of sperm.

I think the way it played out was more to do with skitzophrenia than anything else from what I can tell.

lol ... I felt like the head case telling the police how it played. The guy had insisted on meeting me to return it not just telling me where it was and he even apologised ... not for stealing but for driving it hard! ... his reason for taking it was "Ive had a lot going on in my life and with all the stuff on the radio I thought this was the one, it was meant to be" ... what the?
