good pick up kelvin, but most of these dudes in here will want to know the build date of the roof, the full history, the mileage of the metal, the selling dealer, the roof bow integrity...and if the cast numbers undee the rear cant rail are not a month or around that time previous to their build, they wont buy it....

Now if I was rich and had a little truck I would buy them both. One day someone will be screeming for a whole roof after a tree falls on their car (It does happen) And then I would say "You want a roof eh?" $2000 take it or leave it.
And I have to agree with We Wreck to some degree, people are a bit to fussy when it comes to some parts "If you need it you buy it" regardless of the date code or part No..

Cut it through the back pillars and it would make a good toboggan.
Then you could turn the boot into a BBQ.

Was bidding on that HT monaro, with only half a body. Rushed home early from work to watch it. Got outbid in the last 15 seconds ($717.00) Then went to put in a bid of $1,100 and typed 1100,00 instead of 1100.00
!!
You can imagine the mood that night. haha

Have already asked him about the roof and he has already had offers of $2000, apparantly.

id be trying to get it matt, those bodys that i had went for like double that, granted they had quarters, but not much better in condition. if ya can afford it, just napp it and be done with it, end of the day, you still need one and its only gunna get harder and eventually you will get sick of looking for one. your call, but worth trying to do a deal IMO

Yeah I will be bidding at the end. See how I go I suppose. I dont have the biggest budget at the moment as Im about to buy a house etc. At the end of the day the Monaro can sit there and wait if it doesnt happen.
I offered this guy (item number 320387593031) on ebay $2000 for his roof. Got the car listed at $4500 and he replied "thx". ??
