nearly there mate, instead of clicking in the toolbar and cutting and pasting that, left click on the pic and and a box will pop up, click properties, then highlight the url address and copy and paste that in between the img tags

Ok , I normally use Photo-shop to re-size images , but http://www.tinypic.com can do a the job, have a look
at pic I have provided here



simply use the drop down list as a guide , I make my pics at around 500 pixels in width, which I find work well on
most forums etc. Good luck and give me a Hola if you need
anymore help.
