Would anyone know a rough price on getting moulds made of my XB front panels (GS bonnet, guards) and doors? Is getting hard to get good metal versions of these items (especially bonnets) and thought it might be a good idea to have ability to reproduce if metals ones damaged.

Fibreglass moulds for the coupe doors, guards and I think bonnet already exist. I've been told some weigh more than the metal panels. They don't rust but they do splinter if you bang em. Years ago a lot of the race teams used fibreglass panels. They m

I guess racers would go more for carbon fibre composites now than fibreglass. That in it self would be interesting for street cars but price might be a limiting factor.
Metal parts may still be around but the only place I could get any positive response

It's people like myself that keep the bonnet's in storage. I've got a XB bonnet with scoops and pins sitting in my garage. No rust either.

We have most XA-XC Falcon panels in fibreglass already.
Overall most of the panels are lighter, though as Paul mentioned it depends how thick the panels have been made.
At present we don't have XB front gaurds.
We have:
XA Front bumper

Insaen i'd forget about fibreglass its really hard to find somebody who does a really good job, you should still be able to find plenty of metal ones, you are really better off going with that option.
