Hi guys, here's a pic of the Bolwell Mark7 my dad built in the early seventies, it had a 186 motor... Bolwell Mark7 all 186 Holden mechanicals and here's a couple of monaro's he owned 69 HK GTS V8 auto 69 HT Monaro GTS 307 auto It would be interesting to know if either monaro still exists... Interesting that the HK has twin headlights. Did your dad put the Premier front on it? What colour was the HK?

i'm pretty sure the HK was silver(?) but my old man has just taken off for the US so i can't call him to ask just yet...hehe...don't think he put the twin front on, maybe a dealer or factory fitment as it's a late HK? interesting to see the front gts bon

Imagine what these would be worth now, have you seen the price of HK/T/G Monaros lately, even the non-Bathurst ones.
The conversion to the twin headlight front was a common thing in the 70s. You could not order it from the factory & was a f |

Forget my original post...I just zoomed in on the photo I linked to and the stripes go to the rear-most flute... I still wish I had seen Terry's reply earlier...if I had, I would have taken note today. There were LOTS of HK/HT/HG GTS Monaros up there.. Edited by user Monday, 5 September 2005 8:15:47 AM(UTC)
