Hi guys,
JUst thought i would post a note and tell you that if anyone at all is looking for trims for their hk ht hg monaro to contact winner products in SA. I waited two years for trims from three different suppliers and Mich at Winner made and delivered mine in 3 weeks. Perfect product, perfect service.
Eastern Auto had to refund my money they took as a deposit and their fifty excuses,16 mnths waiting, Poly weld (8 months)have been too busy and Rare spares cancelled making them.
Not a gripe at their quality these other suppliers but turn around time is riduculous.
Winner products guys all they way. Safe bet.

I was told recently that Eastern Auto Upholstery is moving factories but I am in the same predicament in that I want original trim for my HG van.
Gary at Eastern Auto used to be good for his customer service years ago but his constant advertising and demand has outstripped his business. I cant believe in this day and age that he doesnt have a website and email address.

Mate does he only do door trims or is it the whole interior trim seats etc?? And yeah got any pics??

speak to serg hes the owner he does it all also makes reproduction parcel shelves for hq coupes hk t g seats he does the lot one stop trim shop soon he will have all the hk t g colours available & i mean real vinyl unlike eastern auto who paints half of the door trims with so called dye what absolute rubbish

mate he does the lot..im sending him some door arm rest im casting in alloy. for hk ht hg monaro all original arm rests in ally. raw or polished i hope they like them. you could prob paint them and you may not know diff.

I ordered the roof lining for my hg monaro, it was delivered in 2 days! Excellent match!!

I rang yesterday and he only makes at this stage Monaro trim, not Belmont or Kingswood. He advised me that the trim I am after maybe arriving at Christmas time.
I think I will go back to Eastern Auto.....groan.

Dash Original in Adelaide lead time for seat covers was 6 months,
Rang Mich at Winner
HT sandlewood original pattern doortrims,seat covers & hoodlining cost me around $2,300 was supplied within 3 weeks. highly recomended

I wouldnt recommend Dash Original at all, they have had my HK front and rear armrests for 6 months now and theyre still not done. Also theyre not too keen on returning phone calls or emails. And this is after spending in excess of $1500 with them previously. I have had all my interior plastics rechromed by them but the centre facia was cracked when I opened up the package (which had no damage on it whatsoever) and they wouldnt take any responsibility for it at all. They obviously dont believe in customer service.
Sorry for my rant but if theres other suppliers out there doing quality work, id go to them first.

For anyone who is interested in seeing some photos, I picked up my copy of Street Machine today and there is a HT GTS in there with a Winner interior in it, by the look of the pics they do a good job
