hey guys, decided against the V6, picked up an injected 5L outta a VQ statesman for a good price, just wonderin if any of u out there have done it what u reckon the best alternative would be, i can get hold of a T5 gearbox outta a falcon which ive been told by a reputable gearbox place in sydney is what u want for this conversion as it sits in the factory place in HZs whereas the holden gearbox will sit forward/back cant remeber which in the transmission tunnel. wonderin whether is worth all the hassles of makin this work or whether to score the auto outta the donor car and put a shift kit in it. its gonna be used for mainly highway so max fuel economy is beneficial when not goin hard but want it to thump when i wanna get the right foot into it, tell us what u think is the best all round option. thanks
