Here is the Old School Coot.

OG paint with patina, and mint interior. Also comes with OG patina'd front and side visors. Currently dropped 3 inches and that's how he'll stay. Currently got my 14 inch thin whites on the back, and working on the front end (refer other post) to get my 14's on the front). I enjoy accessorising him up, and have a house full of bags to throw on top. It causes a stir because it's not your run of the mill restoration, Kustom, or whatever, but it's my own slant on something Aussie.

Geee, the interior is a bit tatty!

Good stuff, did you do the work?! Looks beautiful, how is it to drive?

Are you going to spray the visor?

Thanks guys. Yeah the interior is crap eh? lol - its totally untouched apart from cleaning the seats up with a scrubbing brush and suds. This car will not be repainted whilst its in my hands - once OG paint is painted over, you can never get it back. Parts of the upper body hard edges are the same as the visor, which I love too. Damo at Monster Garage helped with the lowering, and Ive done the body work. The only rust thats come through is in the usual spots in the door corners, which have been flick match.

The original 186 and powerglide is a treat, although I do need to do the rear seal some time soon. Ive currently got a sniff on some extractors and twin carbs with manifold - just hoping it comes through.

This is an original one family car until it came to me. It was a work car until 1970, when the old bloke bought it off the lease company. He then gave it to his son, who then passed into onto the grandson until I got it last November. Since then all Ive done is the rust repairs, lowered, master cylinder and brakes (discs next), cleaned the interior, and then drive the pants off it every day. I love it.

Pretty much finished now...a little bit more body work to go, but you get the idea.
