I have a HG Kingswood Sedan, 6 cyl. All original and are looking to lower it 3 inch. What is the best way to go, cut original front springs and re-set leaf springs or go for new springs already lowered alround. Edited by user Wednesday, 18 November 2009 7:41:16 PM(UTC)

Cut front springs will ride harshly and possibly move around in the mounts, plus the shocks wont be happy. Sure, heaps of people do it, but throw a few hundred bucks at some new springs and shocks. Rears can be re-set and will work well as far as i know. Edited by user Thursday, 19 November 2009 5:14:55 AM(UTC)
