Brains trust

Another how-to post for your help.

Just got all the clips to install my stainless exterior trim pieces to the G.

I have the wheel arch and sill trims to install.

Firstly, will it be obvious which one is which?

Secondly, how do you do it?

Sorry for being a pain in the arse....

Cheers

Jeremy

Thanks: 2 times
Slide the plastic clips onto the rivets (GMHs or yours).
Put some masking tape in three or four places adjacent to where the moulding is going.
Rest the moulding top lip into the plastic clips, align the mldg to where you want it to end up, mark the masking tape and the moulding with a white board marker or very gently with a thin point texta.
Line your lines up, place the moulding into the top of the middle plastic clip.
From the centre of the moulding snap the moulding over the clip, top in first then the bottom.
Work you way out to the ends doing one clip at a time, making sure your lines are aligned.
Remember, Top in first then snap the bottom in.
