thats what i thought to jim til i checked the bid history, 18 bids, 10 different bidders, bidding started at $1, its now upto $12,900!!!

so its not a unrealistic seller, it the buyers pushing it up!

questions;
1/are they worth that much?
2/how high will they go?
3/will the listing be removed?

my answers are;

1/ there only a few bits of alumium, they dont make the car go faster or handle better, so i wouldnt pay a cent for them

2/ who knows ebays a crazy place

3/ most likely, it is illegal

Hi Dave ,Im not saying its bogus ,But I still think that is rediculous!
They give us car dudes a bad name with this stuff.See the point I am making is someone eventually will buy a car with these tags on,that sort of money aint no "Ill put it on my bar" or "I just wanted a red one"collector.Still I aint buying them so who cares I suppose.

He obviously ended the item early (probably sold them off ebay) which means all bids are cancelled. Most of the bidders had more feedback than him.

I brought my HK Turret off this guy so I think hes ALLLRIGHT! haha

No but really hes naughty to be sellings tags, blah blah.

When I was over there cutting the roof off the car didnt have tags, he aparantly had already sold the tags. The car was not a V8, I saw it and it was a 6cyl for sure. The tags were not from that car.

Silver Mink, red trim isnt uncommon.

Anyways, some ass probably paid a stupid amount for them and hopefully we are all wise enough now to get any future Bathurst Monaro we consider buying inspected by an expert!
