Is there any way to remove rear door trims on WK Statesman without damage when you cannot open the door?

I dont think so, as you need to access the perimeter of the door trim to remove the screws, and you can only do this with the door open.

You still cant get to the screws - the door jamb is in the way.

The screws are in from the end of the trim, not the face of the trim, and are concealed when the door is closed.
