I cringe when I see a "real Aussies drive utes" sticker on the back of an Asian pick up truck.
Vandals and graffiti "artists" do everyone a favour and target parking meters and fixed speed cameras only. |

And Korean/Malaysian/Thai built "trucks" and cars with the southern cross stickers and Aussie flags plastered all over them. The southern cross is an AUSSIE thing, just like our flag. It is not a south-east Asian symbol.... If theyre so damn patriotic that they want to display it all over their ute, buy a bloody falcoon or commodore ute FFS. Id rather see them driving a Camry or Aurion than a Hilux - at least those 2 models give local Aussies a job screwing them together. I hates it when I get just out of Melbourne on a Sunday afternoon and get directed off the freeway and onto the back roads because a dead person was found beside the road & during the detour my power steering idler bearing seizes up causing the belt to go up in smoke in a spectacular fashion & snap just after I open the bonnet to see what all the fuss is. No bother just continue with my journey with heavy steering.
I hates it even more when I get 70km north of Melbourne and my radiators bottom tank decides to separate from the core.
I dont hate it when I limp into Brockys Garage in Broadford and ask if they happen to have a radiator & the reply is "yes we do, brand new $190" What a stroke of good luck.
I suppose that a least I was having a better day than the dead dude on the freeway.
Anyone want to buy a used EB Falcon only two owners, Manual, LPG, new radiator and only 550,000km under it? 8-)

i hate the blue headlights, like on BMWs and the likes, that blind the hell out of you even when theyre on low beams. and i hate when people try and do up a commodore to look like a rice burner, for example a VT with 20" chromies and a big drift-looking rear wing, non factory bodykit, neons and all that crap. thats just me though...

I do not understand the over zealous significance placed on the Southern Cross by some people, considering it is a symbol of the Southern half of the planet. Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Papua New Guinea, Samoa and many other entities are associated with the Southern Cross symbol. No point using it if you can at least name the 5 stars though. I hate knobs that drive 15-20 km/h under the speed limit on open roads & then flash their headlights at you when you pass them. Grrrrrr... Oh yeah CHEERS!
