Multiple reasons, none of which are financially based, but it came down to two main points;
1. I want to see the car restored and this will not realistically happen any time soon if I still own it (love it enough to let her go)
2. My interest in other models is increasing and Monaros just dont do it for me anymore
We will see how the auction goes, already very strong interest but Sunday night will determine her fate!

Sadly it is true, being too precious has become a problem. I still remember driving this car to work most days and leaving it in Richmond, then waiting all day just to drive past Audrey ( the neon vinegar skipping girl sign ), give her a wave then floor it through the cutting at the end of Victoria street. Those were the days!
