Did holden ever make a HQ GTS 140 mph speedo in a metric version? ie a speedo that would show both mph and kmph and have the odometer in km? i have been looking but have never found one regards John Edited by user Saturday, 13 March 2010 12:03:14 AM(UTC)

Yes they did but can anyone tell me what the part no. is as my spare one has holden no. 2817844 and no. 2815730 on the same housing Thanks Ron

They all have that... If you look again you will see....
2817844... 0_120 .....IE 120mph speedo
2815730... 0_140 .....IE 140mph speedo No change in part numbers with the mph/kph version... on the back of the housing anyway...

2815730 is a hq gts 140mph speedo ...2817844 is not a number listed in any of the hq parts books even the ammendments that i can see... going to church makes you no more a christian than standing in a garage makes you a car... www.classicozwreck.com.au |

If you look again you will see....
2817844...0_120 .....IE 120mph speedo
2815730...0_140 .....IE 140mph speedo
No change in part numbers with the mph/kph version... on the back of the housing anyway...
isnt that bizare..i cant find that number...oh well.mind you i didnt look at the back of any speedo. going to church makes you no more a christian than standing in a garage makes you a car... www.classicozwreck.com.au |
