A short on my trailer has stuffed up my trailer outlet, the fuse in the LHS boot is OK. Is there some relays for the trailer lights somewhere?
Where can I download a wiring diagram?

Thanks

You cant get a "paper" service manual for them (yet).

You can get onto a website (paid subscription service though) where you can view the diagrams, but youll need to screenshot them as you cant download them, and the subscription is pretty pricey, and not practical for a one-off, as its a service designed for workshops.

When I did the towbar onto my VE, I didnt bother with the genuine plug, loom & module, as I figured I could have the same prob you have now (dodgy trailer wiring is all too common) and it was simply more crap to go wrong, and at a fairly hefty cost to purchase seperately over the counter.

I simply wired my trailer plug directly off the tail light harness at the RH tail lamp, as the LH blinker wire goes right past it on the looms way around the boot, so all the connections were in one place.

I agree with Greg, you may have to take it back to Holden. If they want to charge an arm & a leg, I can give you all the wire colours to connect to (Ill take pics of mine) so you can bypass the GMH module.

Cheers,

Mick
