you can find heaps of pics of a saginaw on google, they stand out like dogs balls. the extension housing has a "lumpy" look to it http://images.google.com...f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=

Ive got no idea about Saginaw numbers, butthe first 2 numbers are date codes. James (monaromuscleparts) may have a much better idea, just wait for him to see this post.
