yeh only takes one buyer, hes always wanted one and been hounding us for years to sell it to him, wait till moneys in the bank thou I guess

usual rule of this stuff, first offer always ya best, work on them coz as time coz by, people talk, others come up for sale makes your harder to move, especially in todays deal
for that money, chain him to the diff, undernaeth even so he cant escape and change his mind

The bank manager wants our original bill of sale (when we bought it) as he said it sounds too cheap for a genuine LE?? I did see 2 for sale for $40k, manager thinks it worth about $50k put together?
beats me really!
