Hey guys; converting my HX from auto to manual and need help with the clutch setup. I've got all the hydralics and firewall brackets, but am stuck with the pedals.
Has anyone modified the cable pedal to work with a hydralic system? is a pushrod attachment point just welded below the pivot? Just want to know if anyone's done it successfully before I have a crack at it.

basically just mount the hydraulic stuff to firwall and align under dash to where it should be on pedal and drill the hole for attachment...making sure it is a straight push... |

Good point - the straight push for a linear brake control.

Did the conversion on my HQ and it worked a treat as Per reply Classic Oz Wreck.Had to reposition the Brake and clutch pedal offsets and make an adjustable stop 4 the clutch pedal.Still a work in progress.
