My HK Monaro has a Chassis number of hk498xxM thinking of putting a 307 in it as it currently runs a 186 wondering what sort of an engine number would put it around the same time so i can keep an eye out. Its an April 69 delivered car.
Any help would be great
Cheers

Any 307 out of a Dandenong assembled HK will do as its not original to the car. So just look for 30740000 and upwards. In reality and 307 from a Holden will do.

Yes, Dandenong Chev engines were allocated 40000-73999. This includes HK-HG 307, 327, 350 and also the Pontiac and Impala engines from the same period.
