Are VU IRS ute springs interchangable with 99 WH Statesman IRS springs. I know the return rate will be different, but I need harder springs as I am changing the WH from Self leveling shocks to gas & I suspect the VU ute springs would be a equivilant to H.D. sedan springs?? been offered the VU springs for nix, otherwise another $120 for springs.
thank's Kevin

Ute and station wagon springs are the same in VY and VZ so I can only presume the VU ones would be as well. The sedan ones are different. I don't know what but all the codes are different. I went to the King Spring site to check what was interchangeable. Worth a try.
cheers...bluHJ

Yes, they will fit. Remember to release the handbrake when you go to fit them, otherwise the arms don't droop enough.
