Hello there, My name is Elvis and I live in Emerald Qld I'm currently building a 1939 Plymouth Hot Rod,. It started life as a 4 door sedan but am in the proces of converting it into a 5 window coupe that has the 36 Ford 5 window coupe look and not the 39 Plymouth 5 window coupe look. Pics to follow its going to run a 253 Holden on straight gas, automatic transmission unknown, VP Commodore rear end using the remade original leaf springs. Front end is HQ Holden stubs with a Commodore disc conversion kit 15'' rims and tyres all round. HT steering box or Commodore rack and pinion steering I'm going to use the original steering wheel and shaft with a universal joint fitted to connect to which ever steering box setup I use.I'm thinking the colour will be that new Ford blue colour with a set of series 61 Gragar chrome mags.
Well thats about it, have already posted a question about coil springs and have plenty more to follow.
Regards
Elvis.

The coupe pics are just artwork pics done on the computer but its the look I'm going for.
