HSV SIGNATURE COUPE' HSV did a run of the last 70 Coupe's called the Signature. Number 70 was the first car made and number 1 was the last. All Sting Red with black accents. 13 Manuals 57 Autos. Most of the differences are trim changes, but they do get the bigger AP brake package with 362 mm/6-piston front & 343 mm/4-piston rear & unique 19-inch alloys with premium Yokohama tyres, standard sunroof, Bluetooth & 'Signature' floor mats.

I have not seen the entry forms, but there has been one coming to club runs, same colour.

There was one at the last nationals from NSW, don't know if he will be in Warwick. I have doubts about HSV's stated decending sequence of build numbers, I have #0060 in my database with a build date of 10/08/2006 and #0016 has a build date of 03/08/2006. All my information points to 36 manuals and 34 autos or a 50:50 spilt in transmissions.

Hi Marty I purchased #65(manual) several months ago. I'll get you the build date. Are you putting a register together? It is my 4th HSV. When purchased had some issues. Fortunately the car was sold new in 2007 and still carried warranty. Through the issues I established a friendly and professional relationship with a senior HSV staffer. All issues were fixed and during the repairs I had some good conversations. The info I have was confirmed verbally by said staffer. Your comments differ with mine and I am now even more interested in finding more info on this great model. If you Google the Signature Model there is bugger all info. I would like to put more info out there and I would like to know that it is accurate. When I have time I will take heaps of detail pics (including under the car on a hoist) and post them. Shame digital cameras and the net didn't exist when HKs were new. There wouldn't be so much crap info floating around. Terry, thanks for the info. I hit the ground running, buying the car without a lot of specific knowledge. Did talk to Ben Stewart before I bought one. He thought they were special especially being the last Coupe's by HSV. I saw the one Marty was referring to at the Ballarat National. After seeing that one in the flesh I just had to find one. Would love to hear from the owner of that car. Warren. Half thinking of bringing it. 100% standard, 30000Ks, excellent cond... but not concourse as it is a driver... Entris have closed Nick, so unless you are already entered then could be a problem. If you have entered the HK and bring the VZ then it will be allowed but wil cause other problems.
