even under light braking,sometimes one front wheel will lock up pulling up at lights ect,it is a hq 308 with 5" runners up front.could this be to much weight on skinny front rims.any advice or
ideas welcome

most likely grease from hubs or brake fluid leaking onto linings if it was the thin fronts I would think both would lock up. easiest way to check is to throw on a set of bigger fronts.
I would assume they are disk brakes?
