Can I, on standard 202 red engine carby, do float height check & if necessary adjust while in place? Same with needle and seat?

You can and should check the float level with the engine running however you have to do it with the top of the carby removed as the measurement is taken by the depth of the fuel in the float bowl.
Vandals and graffiti "artists" do everyone a favour and target parking meters and fixed speed cameras only. |

needle and seat must be pulled out and inspected. if it doesn't slide freely and it wobbles a little bit replace it as it will get stuck |
Old holdens brought on the spot, quick decision, cash paid. |
