the power window on my BA wagon has got to the point where it stops 3/4 of the way up and i have to pull it past that point, then it is all good (still slow though). wondering why? it kind of screeches as well

A bit of silicone spray lubricant on the tracks often works wonders.

slow power window must be in the car because if we are entering in the car than help to us. if our car have a slow power windows,that means its perfect for us. the slow power windows is give the more advantage as well as its have safe in case of incident.

My brother just had the same problem in his BA. Turned out to be the battery dying. Apparently when the power windows start slowing down it's a sign. Might be something as simple as that.
