One thing I have yet to hear, from any purchaser of this new rash of repro panels is, how well do they fit up?
Anyone, (unbiased), fitted the guards yet for some feedback?
I ask as EJ/EH panels, which is my particular interest, have been 'due in the next few months' for years now.

Thanks: 2 times
A mate of mine has just had his HK resurrected and they fitted a new beaver panel to it, the guys in the shop were pretty impressed with it. Also they are doing 2 XY GT clones at the moment and they are also very happy with the sills, doors & guards etc they bought for them as well.

as discussed on ths very forum a few times before, the sills and beaver panels for HKTG are very good, no doubt about it, i have fitted them and no dramas at all, there are some pics i posted up as well, so thats unbiased, but the problem is supply, might be ok now that they are being helped a little along the way.
i have used the XY fenders, they are ok, but the door skins are wrong around the door handle pressings, but good for a half skin job, and the hoods are crap though, but still better than a flat piece of steel i'd say.
due in the next few months has been a problem for a long time now..so has lost in the mail for a sill panel, somehow i dont think you can even send a sill in the mail???

I fitted a pair of sill panels to an XR Falcon, and they fitted like they were original genuine factory pressings. All pressing lines were spot on.

Another way to describe it is that the panels were crisp and correct, not blurry and hard to fit
