Sadly she's got too old to be cost effective as a Company car and is being traded in next week. I bought a new SR5 Hilux V6 auto. Drove them all: Nissan, Toyota, Holden, Isuzu, Mazda. The V6 auto SR5 killed them all. Holden Colorado didn't even get a look in!

Good choice. We had Navara's at my last work and they pale in comparison to the Hilux. Better off spending a bit more in the beginning. You get the difference back when it's time to sell on.

The hilux is by far the best. we have hiluxs on the mines and a few navaras, the nissans are falling apart.

i can't see the extra $6k for the SR5 though, colour coded front bumper, flairs, alloys and rear step + a few extra plastic things like cup holder

Tuning for Holley carbs in Perth? PM me.
Old holdens brought on the spot, quick decision, cash paid.

Adam you are right at normal pricing, but this was a "special" price, $48k driveaway with towbar, tubliner, full floor rubber mats, headlight protectors, bonnet protector and weathershields.

The extras the SR5 gets that appealed to me were:

Interior;
Alloy wheels;
Steering wheel controls for audio;
ABS.

The rear step is coming off when it gets home, sports bar is already off (will go in the shed), side steps will be off too. It's booked in on friday for an EGR aluminium hard lid.

That's the first thing I did to our work Hilux when we got it. A 10 minute job at worst and they will go back on undamaged come resale time.

Vandals and graffiti "artists" do everyone a favour and target parking meters and fixed speed cameras only.
