Is the bent shaft to clear the clutch main cylinder on manual cars and the straight one used only on auto cars

Yes thats is correct for Manual HKs, but only on cars with Hydraulic Clutch , not rat trap .
In the HT HG 350 Auto they use a 350 Manual type due to the low volume of these made , to save on tooling and make a one fits all . Unlike HK where heaps more were made to warrant making both types .

On the Pinaroo Beige monaro did I see a bent shaft and no clutch main cylinder ?
