I have just aquired a bog stock HQ Belmont Wagon & was just wanting to know if the rear cargo area boards were painted or should they be vinal covered? main board over spare wheel is, but rest isn't, just roughly hand painted in same colour as trim..

I've got a wheels mag from 1973 comparing HQ wagon with Falcon and Valiant wagons. Not a bad read if you are into wagons. Could get a copy to you if its of interest.
