Looking at dropping a set of WB headlights into a twin light HJ nosecone and was wondering if anyone could provide the actual headlight dimensions H x w x d.

Try using XC GXL headlights. They are a closer fit, and cheaper as all the Fords have rusted away leaving only glass!

They used XC Fairmont headlights in Mad Max's HJ Van, check it out!
